swimming is good exercise. Sounds very similar to the anxiety issues I had a few years back but I never had high blood pressure.

Swimming is an awesome sport. Probably one of the best for your body imo, wish I did it more. Had to do it quite a bit after I fucked my back to build muscle without putting pressure on it.

- Eat correctly - Unless you are jacked, 5'7" at 200 lbs is not a healthy weight.
- Exercise regularly - See above
- Pay your bills - I know a while back you were talking about debt collectors on your ass, not paying your shit off will cause stress.
