Main character endings are disappointing. It's like, okay Aila we'll let you join us and we can have some soda on the way! And uh...Zexen and Grasslands won't be enemies but we won't be allies lol.

Yeah the Luc ending was great, even though I found the whole chapter boring it was still really interesting seeing all the events in the game from the villain perspective, more jrpgs should try stuff like that.

Started playing V, I'm only 1 hour into the game so I can't judge it yet, but the game seems like it was programed by a group of distinguished mentally-challenged monkeys, fucking "now loading" screens every time you enter a room, the map to battle transition is really slow and even the menu feels like a step back from III.

Also the main character looks like a fucking cigarillo.

It would have been better if they had a black screen instead of now loading. You get used to it, unfortunately.

Playing with hd loader?

The game itself is fantastic. Many consider it almost on par with 2, though I don't agree, it's ALMOST there. The problem being the technical issues, polish, and graphics.

But honestly, keep at it. It gets better and better. It has a slow intro, about 7-8 hours long, but once you're done with that, it's uphil from there. I still loved the intro, though. Lots of juicy character development.
