(Did a search and didn't find an actual topic for this game, just the news that it was coming)

Anyone else getting this game?
I loved the first one and the demo for the second one is pretty damn good. Stylistic visuals are in tact even if the poly count on everything has been significantly dropped. Gameplay is also in tact which is the most important part.

I'll be getting it for sure.

Yeah I'm going to buy this once it's working on CFW. VC is still the best RPG this generation imo so I'm really looking forward to playing the sequel. Still wish it was on PS3 instead though. Also the art kinda sucks compared to the original but whatevs

Planning on getting it, but I have too many RPGs to play right now: currently playing Dragon Quest IX, still haven't started Persona 3 Portable or Strange Journey, and I'm about to get Ys 7.

Demo was pretty fun, so I am looking forward to playing it.

I'll play it eventually because it looks more interesting than the first game.

But Ys Seven is undoubtedly going to be way better, so that is the next rpg I'm playing.

Planning on getting this even though I've yet to play the original. I dunno what it is with me and Sega games lately...Yakuza 1-3. VC, and Sakura Wars are all sitting here unplayed.

What I'm really looking forward to is Phantasy Star Portable 2.

I kinda want this but I never even finished the first game. Still, the demo was really impressive and it seems to be everything the PS3 game was, just on the PSP. Controls and everything felt great too.

Between loving the first game, and having a renewed interest in PSP ever since I got a 3000, this is a must get. I already have it preordered, but I'm not sure when I'll even have a chance to play it. Like Lordoftherink, I still have to beat DQ9 and start Ys 7.

Game is much more challenging than the first.

Yeah I can't wait for this game. I'm really interested to see how the new Melee class changes the dynamic of the gameplay.

Anyone have any questions for Sega on VCII?

Now this I will play! I did get the demo but haven't had a chance to mess around with it yet.

Is PSP2 coming out on the PSN store? I'd be tempted to buy a shitty Go just so I can play it on my TV with a PS3 controller, although it's probably still better to just get a 3000.

The original is actually pretty short for an RPG. Should only take 20-25 hours even if you do all of the optional skirmish battles. Which is why the length of this new one is even more surprising to me.

Too bad VC2 doesn't have any gigantic maps like the original.
