Word on the street is tomorrow's famitsu will have ZETTAI FUCKING ZETSUMEI TOSHI 4 aka DISASTER REPORT/RAW DANGER aka I'M GONNA STEAL YOUR CHEF HAT AND WEAR IT WHILE YOU FALL TO DEATH

Either gonna be on PSP like the 3rd game, in which case it will be totally forgotten in a day like the 3rd game.

OR

rumor is its gonna be for PS3 and think of all the crazy OMG 5FPS SLOWDOWN they can do on that tech :O

I dunno, I didn't play it because it was on PSP and ad-hoc only coop.

I should play it someday. Demo was good and game got favorable reviews. I missed a lot of good jp only psp games for a while because I stopped caring about the psp for a while.

Disaster Wii was an ok game. The entire game is one big Michael Bay love fest. They straight up take the stories from two of his movies and use them.

They've actually been working* on Bumpy Trot (Steambot Chronicles) 2 for the PS3 for a few years now.

*It was still alive in early 2010, who knows anymore.

Bad news: Earthquake...again. Nothing totally crazy and original like SUPER FLOOD in ZZT2. Still, might be some other surprises, but probably just OH NO STUFF IS FALLING OMGGOMGOGM

Good news: The shading style looks pretty neat. Reminds me of SMT Nocturne and Digital Devil Saga on PS2.

scans say it's 1p (as opposed to ZZT3 which was coop) and coming this winter.

* You'll find new items, including crutches for when your legs are injured.

* Use the toilet!. This is a new facility for Disaster Report 4. You can use the toilet to increase your cleanliness parameter

You're free to customize your character. At the start of the game, you can set gender, face style, and hair style. As you work through the game, you'll earn over 100 clothing items, including suits and casual outfits.

Irem is known for being pretty ambitious with its Disaster Report games, and the new PS3 Disaster Report 4 seems to follow the tradition. Famitsu's information box lists 3D, Move and 5.1 support for the game.

Disaster Report 4 will hit PS3 this Winter.
