I remember going through all that hassle of setting up the DC online stuff and thinking what is this crap game and just absolutely loving it. Very simple game but very fun. Hopefully they don't fuck it up by charging $15 dollars if they do it. It won't sell at that price.

I'd also like to see some design upgrades rather than a straight port of the DC version but sega is stupid so that probably won't happen.

its one of the biggest no-brainers in their entire catalog.  One of the few games that would justify a Wii or DS port.  A straight port for mobile devices isn't as canny, but what the heck, its Sega.

Chu Chu Rocket is made for portability and it will be a much much bigger hit on i-devices than on xbla/psn.

Cool, will buy it if it ever comes out. As far as SEGA's DC games though, I want JSR and Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst on XBLA.

PSOBB would be amazing for 800-1200 points and no monthly fee, but SEGA will never do it because nobody would buy their new Phantasy Star games when the superior one is available on XBLA.

iDevices support online multiplayer. Also I think the game works great on a handheld. For example the GBA port was awesome.

I don't have an iDevice, just a monochrome, 5-year old iPod.  :'(
