I would like the levelling system and skill trees of WoW and the gameplay of Monster Hunter.  Are there any games like that?  If not why not?

But cant they merge the skill tree system with the gameplay of Monster Hunter?  Seems like a good idea to me.

skill trees normally lead to extra skills and improving a bevy of skills
while hack n slash normally has 3 skills used max

How far could you build a skill tree based on three attacks?
