You don't need the toolbar to continue to get points. Even searching from a cellphone on Bing while signed in will work, once you have connected your account for rewards.

This plus gmail trick as well as my phone this is like free XBL games. Depending on if they catch the address part of course

can i sign up for this without downloading the toolbar? i don't give a shit about the initial 250 points. i use bing all the time anyways and on my phone so it will kick ass. my work computer won't take the toolbar.

Okay, so I downloaded this piece of crap, did all the rewards offers, did 50 searches, and now I have 275 Bung(hole) points. Is that all there is? Is there some exploit I'm missing?

Unless you want to install it on multiple computers with multiple accounts, no there's no real exploit. You just do offers and search and redeem points.

gmail trick is like this reg email: gtheresurrected@gmail.com trick: g.theresurrected@gmail.com just keep putting periods in the email name and keep making Live accounts and there you go multiple ways to get a crap load of points.

On CAG someone said you can have up to 5 or 6 people in a household participate and that the computers are decided by MAC addresses.

As for the 300 points you get 250 for signing up and there are usually a few bonus links that have given me no less than 12 points each one. Seeing that there is usually 4 plus the search bonus it gets me over 300 very easily.

I tether my phone to my laptop then using the gmail trick create multiple live accounts. using the airplane mode on my phone by turning it on and off it refreshes the IP and node addy.

I've yet to get any points and a few accounts have yet to get the initial order emails. hoping they go through as it would definately beef up my M$ bank. Currently sitting on 8k in clamshell points and 9600 in pre activated cards. Not to mention the ones I already have on the account that amount to over 5k in points. LOL I hope Microsoft keeps this shit around so I can spend it all.

If you look in the tool bar next to the points there is a pull-down menu where there are a few extra offers.

Has anyone seen new offers/links since the original ones?

Anyone gotten any codes yet? It would be nice to use these free points in the sale this month to get more free points

By tomorrow I'll have enough for my fourth 100 pt code, I forgot to do my searches for a couple of days.

Haven't registered another PC yet, I should do that soon I suppose.

Still no emails, my bing rewards train got derailed though. All the accounts I made off my phone are no longer able to participate in the program. It says that the rewards program ended for me on September 30th.

I still made enough orders though hopefully they will go through.

Mine has a "no daily offers - check back often!" message, and no longer adds points for Bing searches. I'm guessing they added and IP address block for regions outside the USA.

I think I'll just use these points to buy my Indie games. I've wanted Protect Me Knight for a while now. The demo was really fun.

Yeah I've got 5 or 6 more orders on the way. Looks like if I keep up with searches and weekly offers I may be able to get another 3 orders in. All in all might get 1000 legit free xbl points, pretty cool.

Don't forget that MS is offering a sale that if you spend 2400 pts in Oct you get 800 free pts. I think the only stuff not included is RB stuff (dlc, song importing.) Seems like even weekly sales apply to that 2400 pts.

I didn't examine any fine print. Some CAGers inquired to some twitter accounts and reported back what they were told.

Perhaps they just said RB song exporting, I'm not sure about the details.

RB1 song exporting is not an Add-On, it's something that's only accessible from the main disc, so that kind of makes sense. I don't know why they'd restrict Avatar Items and Themes, but whatevs.

I'm going to bag Double Fine's new game on October 20 for 1200 points, shouldn't have trouble using another 1200.

Oh, and the 6 pt. weekly offers are showing up again, working fine. Woot!

Bing Bar won't allow login, nor will xbox.com; it hangs on the "Continue" portion of login.live.com
