Um, Mucky, pretty sure if Corona is a Canadian beer, we'd be at war with Canada because THE USA CAN'T BEAR TO BE SURROUNDED!

Today it rained. It rained like mad, and everything cooled the hell off, for once. The outdoors became cooler than the indoors, so all the windows and screen doors were opened, and my pale, northern-european-descended ass was happy for the first time in five months: fresh, clear, cool air. My god.

I made tacos to celebrate. My in-laws will be farting their way through tomorrow's business, but WHO CARES? IT IS FALL AT LAST.

I once got a Blue Moon at a sports bar without specifying whether I wanted it in a glass or bottle, and they brought it out in a zany tall glass with three oranges hanging on the side as garnishes.  Felt like a chick  :'(

And you act like gay bars are a BAD thing. :-*

Blue Moon is a pretty good, readily-available beer pretty much anywhere.  It't not fantastic or anything but I enjoy them.  Their seasonals are pretty tasty, too.

I used to.  Jason and I used to hit the bar and just ask the waitress to bring us a new beer each time.  The only one that was ever good enough for me to remember was wood chuck apple cider.  Budweiser tastes good to me.  It's cheap.  And the more expensive beers are not that much better IMO (at least not worth the price).  Fat Tire is pretty good, but again, the difference in price and taste isn't big enough.

I think there's a huge difference between Fat Tire's strong manly taste and Bud's taste but maybe that's me. :lol The price is worth it to me. You can get a 6-pack of Fat Tire at a local gas station for like 7 bucks. It's 2 bucks more expensive than a 6-pack of Bud and usually better.

But yeah, I like Bud as well. When you get into Miller, Pabst, stuff like that or even Bud Light, I cringe though.

Eh, when I drink, I drink.  Not a 6 pack.  And I do it with friends.  When it's all said and done, it's not a 2 dollar difference, it's a 20 buck difference.  And that's when I'm drinking at home.  At a bar it's even larger.  Bud Light is terrible.  Gives me a headache too.

Shock Top is made by Anheuser Busch and is hardly a "local brew".

I'm going by what the locals said!
