All right, my shit is mailed out, couldn't get it giftwrapped so beware!  It'll arrive in two separate shipments!

Goddamn it, apparently my package was refused delivery because the receiver is all paranoid about accepting things from unknown senders or something.  It's not like I'm mailing a bomb!

Originalz, do you have me? If so, did you purchase from Amazon.co.jp?

(If it was you, the package wasn't refused, it was accepted but we're baffled because I'm listed as both the sender and the receiver, and it wasn't something I ordered, hence the confusion...)

Yeah, that's it!  The message that was emailed to me just said that the receiver didn't recognize the package and Amazon wouldn't give out my name as the sender for privacy reasons so I should get in contact with them or something.  Gave me the impression that it was refused, but I guess if you still have it then all is well.

There should be some sort of gift message attached to the bigger of the packages, but don't ask me where it would be.  For some reason the gifting options for that item were limited.

Thanks! Yeah, there was nothing shown for sender; it listed my real name as recipient, real name as sender, and we get Amazon packages every day because my wife orders stuff from them incessantly. The larger, heavy item arrived and we were like, "Did you order this?" "No, did you order this?" 
 

The next day, the second package arrived. I thought, "OH! I know what's going on... maybe..."

Sorry to have caused consternation. Thanks for the unusual stuffs! I'll post pics and maybe some screengrabs shortly. How did you decide on the items?

I live about a mile from the actual Archie McPhee store/headquarters in Seattle. I saw this there over the summer and knew it was going to be a Secret Santa gift either here of GAF. Luckily it fits your personality!

Archie McPhee used to be in Ballard, the sea-faring Scandinavian neighborhood in Seattle (we used to live there for a couple years). They moved to their current location closer to our house a year or so ago.

Lovely! A 24 ct. case of seasonally available Montblanc Pepsi, a hazelnut flavored cola. I've never had it before, and I don't drink soda more than a couple times a year, but the son and I cracked a bottle. It tastes like creme soda, which I love!

The Chou-Kuso-Gê DVD is literally translated as "Super Shitty Games!" I've seen the comedian on the left before, but never heard of this series. I'll give it a spin when the kids aren't around just to make sure the cutie doesn't take it orally every time she loses a life.

I wanted to go significantly more extravagant, but as the week has rolled on I feel lucky to have got the order placed, hidden the price, and got the thing giftwrapped. The recipient has too many systems, and a thorough review of his gamertag didn't reveal a strong pattern except "I hate Open World Games... I think I like them, but I always quit in the first couple missions..."   

Shit. I think what I got counts as an OWG, but at least it's in the one genre he seems to like.

50 Cent is AAA for so many reasons, basically it's so politically incorrect and offensive, yet hilarious and fun. A true game of our times. Every gamer should play it at least once.

Matt Hazard plays like ass but has many genuine lol moments. I had fun with it.

It's funny- My XBox sat dormant for like 2 months. Then I picked up Fallout: NV, AC:Brotherhood, Dead Rising 2, I got your two games and I ordered Bayonetta and Nier. So I want from 0 games to 7, haha.
