Question:  You worked at Peanut Butter and Jelly Co. correct?  If yes, what was your favorite sandwich off of the menu?  The last time I went I got the PBLT or whatever and it was good but I could have done way better after looking at the menu closely.  I was kicking myself for not ordering the one with chicken satay and pineapple or whatever.  Anyways, I demand an expert opinion.

We used to get food from the shop like twice a week. I came to fucking hate it, haha.

Anyway- My all time fave was a PBLT with Grape Jelly. But second fave was the Chicken Satay with Pineapple.

The 'Specials' are kind of cool. A lot of times they came from what was in season at the farmer's market or something. There was a lady who wa sin charge of coming up with the specials and she'd e-mail us like EVERY DAY and be like "GUYS I NEED SANDWICH IDEAS" and everyone would be like "Fuck off i'm busy and sick of peanut butter" and she'd send us angry e-mails asking for recipes.
