According to the website Latino Review, White says a cartoon spin-off of the film will be produced for Cartoon Network (presumably for their Adult Swim block), with animation production by the same team behind The Boondocks.[21]
The series pilot, written by Carl Jones & Brian Ash is currently in production at Titmouse, Inc. It features the voices of the film's original cast members including Michael Jai White, Byron Minns, Kym Whitley and Tommy Davidson.
