Can't you fill out a provisional ballot?

That is where I am headed now.  Had to come home to find out what the law actually said because of the giganto-douche at my polling place. 

That's dumbassery, it takes us pretty much the same amount of time whatever ballot you use.  At my polling place, about 1/6 of all votes cast were provisional ballots since our precinct was across the street from another one so a lot of people were at the wrong polling station.
