*ELECTION PROCESS UPDATED*

While we promise to be far more lenient and fair in our enforcement of rules, there are still rules.  Here are the key ones.

I. NO PORNOGRAPHIC AND/OR OBSCENE IMAGES

We will follow network television guidelines, meaning that images of a sexual nature must be appropiate for network television viewing (no Janet nip slips, you scoundrels!).  Any pictures posted of men or women must have appropiately covered private parts.  Any posters violating this code of conduct are subject to a pluto no longer than 160 days unless a consistent track record deems punishment of upwards to a pemanent pluto.

II. HATE SPEECH WILL NOT BE TOLERATED

Racism and such are subjective to moderator, but anything qualifying as hate speech, as well as explicit use of derogatory names and racial slurs can result up to anything upwards of a permanent pluto.  All permanent bans on this matter must be approved by both the moderator(s) and forum administrator.

III. THREE STRIKES AND YOU'RE OUT POLICY

a. Albeit ignorant to deny the beginnings of this forum due to another, this forum will at no time serve as a soapbox for any poster to complain about various forums.  A first offense will result in the topic being locked.  The second offense will resut in a 5 day pluto.  The third offense will be a permanent pluto.

b. Enforcement of copyright infringement is standard policy.  Any topic voluntarily promoting or engaging in copyright infringement will be locked and/or deleted, with posters given a 24 hour pluto on first offense.  Second offense is a 7 day pluto.  A third offense will be permanent pluto.

c. Personal threats of violence or repeated verbal personal attacks will result in a 24 hour pluto.  A second offense will result in a 7 day pluto.  A third offense will result in a permanent pluto.  All permanent bans of this matter must be approved by both the moderator(s) and forum administrator.

d. Joke characters are not funny.  If you are found to be sharing your account or creating duplicate accounts for the sole purpose being a jackass, you will be subject to a 24 hour pluto.  A second offense will be a 21 day pluto.  A third offense will result in a permanent pluto.  All permanent bans must be approved by forum administrator as to recognize any conditions (such as sibilings using the same IP address).

e. Trolling is completely subjective and will be determined by individual moderators.  A first time offense results in 24 hour pluto and verbal warning.  A second offense results in a 7 day pluto.  A third offense will result in a permanent pluto upon approval by forum administrator.

f. Complaints about forum moderating should be forwarded to staff@evilbore.com.  Any threads started to question enforcement of forum policy will be locked as a first time offense.  A second offense will result in a 24 hour pluto.  A third offense will result in a permanent pluto upon approval by forum administrator.  If you are unhappy with the forum moderating, please see policy below.
