They're the next set of DC games coming to XBLA, yes. They're not out yet.

I hope round 3 brings us JSR and Chu Chu Rocket.

I think it's pretty fucked they can keep MJ in the game but couldn't keep The Offspring in Crazy Taxi.
Michael Jackson was a pretty big Sega fan back in the day, so I'd think that his estate wouldn't have a problem okaying this.

The Crazy Taxi music, well, chalk it up to laziness on the licensing part.
