Good PSP games for $20 or less for an average-noobish gamer?

My 13 year old cousin got a PSP for Christmas, I don't have much to spend, don't know how to hack it, and I have no idea what's on that handheld. Help please?

TRU has some clerance on PSP... I know the one here has Phantasy Star Portable & Dissidia for ~$10

Lumines is probably like $5 by now and it's still the best game on the PSP and the best puzzle game since Tetris.. but maybe something like Daxter or a racing game (OutRun 2) would be more appealing.

Get him some shounen games like Naruto/Bleach if they are in English.

Wipeout Pulse, can probably be found dirt cheap now. Also, I dunno maybe Crisis Core? He into RPGs? Platformers?

She's a girl. No rpgs. I'm sure she likes puzzle games, racers and platformers. I'll check for Wipeout, Lumines and maybe Daxter. Drifting in Outrun would probably be confusing for her.

Why buy her a DS? The PSP is a perfect system.

Get her Prinny, or Rock Band Unplugged if she enjoys music. There's so many aweosme games on there for all ages.

How about that Modnation Racers game? Never played it apart from a bit at the store but it seems like a nice Mario clone. Definitely recommend Wipeout and Lumines, and if she wants a fun adventure/platformer hybrid, Gurumin would be a really good pick. Locoroco is another good one, maybe Patapon? Genesis Collection if she has a taste for the retro (she'll love the Sonics and Ristar). I wouldn't recommend Prinny to her, since it gets insane in terms of difficulty in the later levels. Kingdom Hearts if you don't think that would be too RPGish for her.

Modnation Racers came out for the PSP too? Had no idea. I don't think I'd like it though and I don't buy people games that I wouldn't like. I'll definitely check LocoRoco and Patapon. Genesis Collection is too hard for noobs.
