Its pretty good that they are able to do eye tattoos actually. It can be used to stem sight degradation for several conditions and obviously it can be used to cover over permanent discoloration (which some people get from reactions to chemicals used in medicine or from accidents where their eyes are hurt).

Wouldn't suggest anyone with perfectly usable eyes do it though, as you run the risk of losing vision.
