Looks like a very crudely drawn P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram). The Big Penor is a pressure vessel, the ~GAF logo is a heat exchanger and the 3rd third thing I have no idea, likely a compressor but it's not usually drawn that way.

Really shitty to give something like that to someone though.
