Love that mentality, I reduced my cholesterol and blood pressure just by walking 45 minutes a day. The small benefits to actually being active really can make ones life better. I wish others around me could take on that mentality though. Its hard enough to get the misses to go for a walk with me just once a week. I've started to jog on weekends for 10 minute stretches and already noticed more defined muscle mass in my legs in just two months of doing it on weekends.
Now I still maybe in the morbidly obese category but I'm kicking asses and taking names when it comes to be more active. I hate it when I can do more in a day than those around me who seem "fit/normal" I can do circles around them and some of them are even younger than I am. America's got a disease and its procrastination and laziness. Taking responsibility for ones life doesn't take much time or effort and it can be fun too!
