So, cyberpunk's out, but I guess steampunk is okay?
Also, why not just lump Twilight, LOTR, and Harry Potter into one section? Did they really need to explicitly spell them out, especially since they leave out the countless other fantasy books out there. Maybe they were just going for the popular stuff, but no Game of Thrones? Seems like a gross oversight there, one that could have been fixed with a catch-all.
They've got lycanthropy on there, which is a good start, but leaving off furryism is a real problem because it gives those people the idea that they're in the right. Maybe just slap My Little Pony on the list and call it a day.
And why single out Dungeons & Dragons? There are a ton of other pen-and-paper RPGs out there. Plus, they're definitely dropping the ball on LARPing, which is a much bigger problem, in my estimation.
The list is sloppy all the way around, poor form.
