Now that I think about it it seems like a lot of those big lottery winners seem to be made public. THat would really be the last thing I'd do if I won a large sum, I probably wouldn't tell the real sum anybody, except to my parents and girlfriend.

It depends on the state, some states require the winner to accept in person, in other states they can do it through a lawyer.

You just hate cheating?

I mean, I've done this multiple times in the past and none of my teachers have ever caught on. What I basically do is find a bunch of good explanations/summaries online about something, then I blend them all together, and finally I go through my legitimate scholarly sources and find stuff that matches the internet info and I cite the fuck out of it.
