Motivational speeches, imagery and the like do nothing for me too. I have a friend who shares this affliction and we send examples of this output to each other with a "fuck you" in front of the hyperlink on the reg. (The you being the author(s), not either of us.)

We also do this for "look how much I accomplished!" things too. (Usually from Imgur.)
