after watching him a bit, i think some of these are actually legit and then the rest are blatantly overly staged (OR ARE THEY RECREATIONS?!?)...because some have barely any footage and the person clearly isn't cooperating so he edits it all out and then you'll have one where the person is jabbering and trying to act tough and he gets to talk shit back and forth with them and they almost always get in some kind of physical confrontation
if this guy is just a licensed bounty hunter he totally does not have legal authority to search cars and arrest people for drugs, only the bail/bond jumping
actually, of the two videos i've watched, this guy actually appears to be committing a variety of crimes according to California "Bounty Hunting" laws, most notably presenting himself as a law enforcement official and "any clothing, badge or moniker that in anyway implies or suggests a greater level of authority than what is granted to you as a fugitive recovery agent"
he's now lecturing this girl about conspiracy drug laws, in which he does not even understand conspiracy and he's claiming he's being nice because he won't "charge" her with anything, powers he does not have
Before pursuing any fugitive with the intent of taking them into custody, you are required to inform local law enforcement (police or sheriff’s department) of your plans.
any competent defense attorney would probably love to see these videos if they were actual bail jumpers only
