Depends on where she is there. But this is now a growing trend among Instagram models and she's not the only one doing this.

That Chernobyl show has increased the amount of visitors to the area.

I think some of the building interiors are still a little dangerous, or at least they were the last time I read a lot about the Chernobyl area some years ago. Exterior area are all pretty safe, though, unless you're crawling around on all-fours licking the pavement.
