I mean... Duh.Being demoted is something that could realistically impact him for 6 or 7 figures of €. Veyrat has a high media profile so it's probably a little dramatic an estimation but not all that crazy. I mean beyond the restaurant prices (and hotel hosting attached, I believe) there's a whole host of potential other establishments he might have opened, international appearances, media contracts, lending your name to some factory foodAlso that's apparently an old story. He gave back all his stars, asked to be delisted (Michelin is not accepting) and there was a bunch of litigation over it.
