I remember for Wii FPS games in 2009, there was a lot of hype for The Conduit and for Call of Duty 4, which was two years old at that point.

With the former, I remember people here linking us to a Youtube of an unpackaging video where some shut-in spent five minutes opening up the game.

Looks nice.  It's a bit small but hardwood floors, leather furniture, and looks well maintained.  The only flaw is the manga he has, I assumed that crap could all be had on a Kindle or iPad by now.  Since manga is rarely a panty dropper, I would have assumed he would have cleaned his bachelor pad of it by this point.

I do think that is a little surprising because Texas is supposed to be known for a low cost of living.  $1500-2000 a month resembles NYC or Boston type rents.
