I've always kinda assumed that the mods there don't really care too much about alt accounts unless you really abuse them. I'm pretty sure that vBulletin has a function that shows all the accounts that post under the same IP. Like, unless you guys are taking a ton of precautions with these things the accounts should be easy to find regardless if you out them here or not.

It really depends on who you are to whether or not they care. If you're over here, more than likely someone over at GAF has a bug up their ass about you (hello evilore) so posting your alt(s) is basically asking them to delete them. If the mods aren't reading your posts here then you can bet one of their lackeys is and reporting it like the space chimps that they are.

And I can't speak for anyone else, but whenever I created my alts I always made sure they were off different computers with different IP addresses and then access them from my laptop with a dynamic IP. They couldn't track me even if they tried. Not worth the trouble though, especially since they nerfed the search function.

I don't know how forums work, so do you have to post every post from your alt behind a proxy, or is all that's required is for you to make your last post behind one?

In other words, does a different IP get attached to every post, depending on your location, or do they only keep your last IP in their records?

Sometimes I do wonder how much the mods care about alts. Most of the mod team are aware of crushed's alt for example, and the alt of someone like Green Shinobi is not hard to figure out, so it probably per character basis. Some are too insignificant, while other are probably too valuable.

On the other hand some are on a tight shit list and are banned on site, most recent example was Kittonwy's alt RedMalboro lol.

Crushed sometimes even uses his old gifs through his alt, and I'm 99 percent sure certain mods know/knew about it. In his case he's not as prolific as he used to be, so if anyone else knows they are probably okay with his contributions for now.

For anyone wondering, Puddles is certainly GS. I post this here aware of the risk because he has continued to be a dick. The original arrangement was a ploy to give him a better alternative then trolling the bore with his pissy handflapping shrieking nonsense. But he never stopped until he was permd anyway.

I didn't like Crushed at all on GAF. He was just a /b/tard with a pack of adoring fankiddies (many of which are responsible for the downfall of GAF) who eventually got his shit owned by Drinky Crow, the former spinning into a meltdown and the latter barely breaking a sweat. However, Crushed on EB and EmCeeGramr were pretty good. I guess once he stopped trying so hard, he turned out to be a pretty good poster.

I guess the real question is what he got on a IQ test. If it is either 140, 160, or the 90th percentile, I suppose it could be him.

If it is GS, he'll show his true colors after a while and will get dealt with accordingly.

As far as I can asess, Awesome-o shows up on the bore. Shortly thereafter he claims he will no longer be posting at Neogaf and will come over here instead. Coincidentally, neogaf user Puddles has lost thread making privileges around the same time. The two are both from California, like the same sports teams, play the guitar, have recently gave up boxing, and are familiar with southeast asia. Apparently both have trouble sustaining relationships with women too. They also both tend to ask questions they know the answer to in order to simulate conversation.

This could be cleared up if Awesome-o disclosed his previous neogaf username. But he won't do that.
