"It's only been out six months" is gonna turn into "It's only been out a year," etc. etc. It's turning grey, and the hospital smell of impending death is gonna continue to keep people away from it. Nothing long range there, other than as a PS3 accessory and a few things trickling out beyond Q1 2013. Flowers on the grave, so to speak. The Vita's presence at E3 2013 will make the slight presence at E3 2012 seem as if they spent the whole show on it (In other words, it won't have a presence). Dedicated handheld gaming as a whole is on the way out, IMO a lot more rapidly than others seem to think (kiss it goodbye at the end of next year), but the doctor has already taken off his glasses and told the Vita it had better sit down.
