It's a Free to Play Korean MMO. There are only about 10,000 of those.

You mean it's unlike all of the Pirate MMOs? Again it's nothing original or good. You're blinded by nostalgia over the license.

It was actually made by a japanese company... tecmo koei, i dunno where it was developed though.
