i need tech help

okay here's the thing... i have my pc connected to a media center trough a powerline,problem is the thing goes incredibly slow and there is no apparent reason for this,the thing pops under my network as "SAMBA SHARE" if that can help

we aren't talking that it's going "kinda slow" we are talking like "doesn't move at all"

but anyway i seems to understand the problem is actualy with what i'm trying to comunicate
