I played some of those ones from Bandai [there were boring and bland], which is why I was pretty hesitant about Trails in Sky. But everything I've heard as that this game is actually really good. I'll have to pick it up sometime then.

Portal 2 is the first game I've really been pumped to play and then rushed to buy and play on Day 1.

It's the first game in years I've been desperate to get out of work to get home and play without feeling a sense of duty about doing so (NBA 2k11, Football Manager 2011, TF2).

Oh, I'll be building a newer computer and by all accounts it'll run BF3 well so I'm sure it'll run Skyrim just fine. I guess it really comes down to which platform has the best deal at the time of purchase. By default the PC version is $10 cheaper so we'll see.

No it won't.  On the plus side, Skyrim should be a Steamworks game since all of Bethesda's recent titles (except Hunted) have been.

Yes, unfortunately Bethesda has hopped on the "PC games for $60" bandwagon. Rage is also $60 on PC, but I found a nice deal on D2D to get it for $45, which was great since it's a Steamworks game.
