Maybe but I have to assume this wasn't an especially high budget effort. Fast turnaround. Reusing assets, etc.

There's new content, in that there are new combo weapons. There's a little bit more real estate, with an added section of the mall. But new features? Are you just referring to the return of Frank's photojournalist gameplay from DR1, or does the missing online count as a new feature, bear greaser?
