SSD is the shitznit.  You only need around 100gbs or so, which is pretty cheap nowadays.  Just put the OS and your current 5-7 games on it.  Have copies of your games on the regular HDs so that you can copy and paste to the SSD anytime.  A SSD is so fast that the process usually takes less than a minute.

You don't use SSD for storing your pirated music and porn, dude.  It's for your OS and main applications, which shouldn't be taking tons of space.  In terms of performance boosts, SSDs are amongst the best upgrades you can get.  Use another conventional drive for your media libraries.
