healthy bacteria might help. If your stools are loose it could be because you don't have enough good bacteria in your intestines (sometimes because of anti-biotics, sometimes diseases, infections, other stuff) to make things solid and take their time going through. Stuff like yoghurt has healthy bacteria and you can buy them as pills in higher volume.
Otoh if they're solid, it could just be that you eat a ton of fiber.
Still, 2 times a day is healthier than 3 times a week. If you don't go fairly often, it usually means your dehydrated/constipated which can lead to fissures (cuts) in your ass when have to strain to push them out. Fissures are no fun and you don't want that. Otoh if you go like 2-5 times a day with a lot of loose stools, you're constantly losing all the positive minerals and vitamins and healthy stuff you're supposed to be getting from your food as it passes right through and you'll lose weight and be malnurished and need to take vitamins. But 1 or 2 times a day or at worst once every other day is within good parameters.
