The story mode was fun if you were a nerdling [I was], but the multiplayer kinda sucked. I just went back to playing Melee's multi instead.

why you say so? personaly i prefer melee too but i find brawl more playable since everyone is more floaty and it's a little slower,plus brawl has like a shitload of content,the OST alone is worth pure gold!

oh and brawl made tourneyfag cry so you know it's good stuff!

If Nintendo is working on a new Smash (which I doubt), it might wind up being decent since Sakurai is tied up with Kid Icarus. Maybe someone else can make a real sequel to Melee.

super smash bros is probably the less milked nintendo series along with earthbound (which they don't milk for the simple fact that the only people that want it are manbaby that dwells on forum

everytime this thing updated it was some sort of special event on gaf! i'm especialy curious since they pretty much ran out of sensible characters and stage with brawl... are they going to add a galaxy stage? will they turn some assist character into playable character? maybe they can edge out some other collaboration? man it would be so kickass if i can finaly do cloud vs snake!

Maybe the soundtracks are the worst part of Smash games, I never payed them much attention. The game's so good it wouldn't be hard for something peripheral like the music to take a back seat.

The only reason I'll give a shit about the new Nintendo console is how Super Mario Galaxy 3 turns out. They've been on a roll (Sunshine was shit, let's admit it) with the mainline Mario games. How Mario Kart Wiii turns out is a big factor too. Yeah, it's playing the same shit over and over but I likes what I likes, taste be damned. Usually a good Mario game gives me a nostalgic nerd stiffy, reminding me of the days when I'd play and beat every NES Mario game I owned every weekend when I was a kid. I don't give a rat's ass about Zelda or Kid Icarus. Starfox would be nice if it is like Starfox 64 and not the furfaggotry that it devolved into. Maybe the 3DS port will sell well and they might be interested in making a non-creepy/emo Starfox game.
