Dunno what's going on, but it feels like my body is rebelling against me. I never had any health problem; I'm gonna be hitting 30 this year, but so far its been a fuckass year filled with health problems

In the past year I have:
- Randomly shat blood due to stomach irritation (i cant spicy food anymore, i just cant digest it, or else i get huge headaches)
- Messed up my back TWICE so hard that I could barely walk (Once while leaning to wash my hands, wtf)
- Got a bunch of hardcore episodes of flus
- My father's side heart problems finally showed up - I did a random test that freaked out the docs when I went to get my back checked out, my blood pressure was epic high, now its back to a more manageable level, but still its higher than normal
- I started to get massive insomnia bouts
- My right man-boob started to hurt this week. I have no idea where its coming from; which is worrying. Thanks god i have another doc appointment in 3 weeks
Its really, REALLY annoying, Im getting all weirdly paranoid about this -- i've removed all sorts of any possible bad food from my daily intakes now too. I have been training also. But its just fucked up, 'aging' really sucks. It's scary to suddenly feel 'mortal' . You get in that mindset that this kind of stuff happens to other people, and then it starts happening to you too. The Internet doesn't help neither, its only getting me even more worried.
Kinda cliché to say this but.. Don't neglect your body, guys!
