As you peeps know, I have been visiting with my family and friends in Pennsylvania for roughly the past two weeks. While it is true that I haven't been having a splendid time, this will probably be the last time I am ever in this specific area, as my mom is moving a bit away. Still nearby, but the town she lives in now is tiny and insignificant enough that I will likely never visit here again once she moves.
So, gaywads, it's my last day in the town that I have spent approximately 15 years in. I am kind of at a loss as to what I should do with the last day. I figure I'm going to take pictures, but I'm not exactly sure why.
My question is what would you folks do on your last day in the town you grew up and came of age in? Make your answers as specific to your own home towns as you can. Name specific restaurants, landmarks, and other things that would be on your itinerary. I'm not particularly looking for suggestions (though I'd thief a good idea if I saw one); I'm really just curious about what the typical response to such a situation is.
