The Lambert airport in St Louis still has all the windows boarded up, and all the houses in the area along the highway are pretty much demolished. That tornado was about a month ago. There was one here New Years Eve too that ripped through another area of St. Louis County. I've lived here my whole life and remember one tornado way out in the boonies when I was in the 4th grade, which didn't even do much in damage. WTF is up this year?
There's already a FB page set up for missing photos and documents, most of which are found an hour and a half away from Joplin. Lots of x-rays and medical records, which can't be posted online, and a hospital in Springfield, MO has requested for those.
