Sony is promising information on unannounced PlayStation Vita titles during a web broadcast that it will hold on March 9. The broadcast is titled "Welcome! PlayStation Vita Game Heaven."

According to Sony's announcement, the broadcast will include information about unannounced Vita titles, upcoming releases, and Vita services, as well as new information about in-release titles. The broadcast will feature presentations from game creators themselves.

Sony will also be giving away 20 3G/Wi-Fi Vita systems as prizes to viewers.

Sony ripping off Nintendo again, trying to bribe the audience too.

No objections here,I like this small E3 every month or two thing.Give me some juicy news, give me

Do you approve of DSiware, Oscar? If so share your list, and I'm willing to give some games a try. Andrex and Emcee are disqualified for promoting mediocre and overpriced games in the past. They owe me at least $249.99.

I'm reaaaally liking Mutant Blob attacks and Escape Plan.  Better than a lot of the retail Vita games!  Would recommend Mutant Blob for sure to any Vita owner, great little platformer for $7.  Escape Plan I really like but who knows.

Haha, yeah. I just finished the first world. It's one of those games that, while very simplistic, makes you appreciate the Vita and its revamped controls more. Everything is just clicking so far. It has more content that Katamari and it's only $8. Totally worth it.

What's the one DSiWare game again that has the Virt soundtrack? Looks a bit like Mega Man X, I think my brother has it... forget the name but do remember the music being great.

A lot of the more hardcore types don't seem to be playing UMvC3 on Vita.  They are still there, don't get me wrong, but I run into more people around my own skill level and also find it more enjoyable because of it. (I am a total casual-n00b-Vs. game player)

Apparently there's some craziness going on with it. According to GAF if you downloaded it a while back you can use it, but then they changed it and if you downloaded it recently it won't work or something.

I didn't think Unit 13's demo was half bad either. I was really expecting it to be a turd given the quality of Zipper's recent projects, not to mention the relatively short development time of Unit 13. If the full game manages to maintain the level of quality of the demo or exceeds it, I'll probably get it.

Oh and I will say this: the demo has some of the most, if not the most, articulate Arabic voice over I've heard in any game. It was authentic yet neutral. No mishmash of accents or dialects whatsoever. I was really impressed by that level of attention.

The Arabic writing on the walls and some of the signs, otoh, was laughably wrong. All the characters were flipped and disconnected as if they were copied and pasted in a machine lacking Arabic support, and no one even bothered to verify it.

I liked the Unit 13 demo too.  I really liked The Club on 360/PC way back when and it had a similar concept, except Unit 13 allows for full stealth.  Don't know if I'm getting it day one because Mass Effect 3 and all.

Controls feel good and it's using crazy amounts of aim assist like the halo sticky aim plus call of duty snap to targets.  imo aim assist on dual analog games is necessary, so it's not a complaint.

one thing I would've liked to see with it and uncharted is a touch based aiming option.  iPhone (and DS) shooters usually have great aiming and it feels like a virtual trackball.  reason it doesn't well on those devices is because you've got limited inputs.  Like, shoot on the iphone is on the touch screen and you have to stop aiming to shoot.  Vita has shoulder buttons, an analog stick for movement, and all these buttons.  Just using the touch screen (or back touch) to aim could have been interesting to try.

Does Unit 13 have a smooth framerate?  Just asking 'cause Bebpo has been complaining about Vita framerates.

the demo frame rate is 30 with dips.  image quality isn't great either, but unlike the frame rate I doubt that could improve for the final game.  the demo was the only app that froze my vita and it's been the same case with others.  it could just be a dated build or something.

I just figured out what the color space option means for PSP games.  It dulls the color if the vita makes games look too colorful.  Something about making it look how it did on the PSP LCD or something.  I haven't played a game where turning it on helped.

Sony's bad at explaining this stuff.  Just accessing that menu means holding on the screen for a second without touching any buttons.  It would've been simpler to include a settings icon on the PSP game's page.

I wonder if there will be an equivalent to the 333 boost on the Vita when it gets hacked.  Recently there was something about how Motorstorm PSP on the Euro and HK stores could be exploited on the Vita, and apparently Sony pulled it after it was announced by the hacker guy.

Yesterday I updated my Go to 6.60 and installed the newer hack stuff (shockingly easy these days).  I forgot to set it to 333 before running Outrun 2 and it ran like ass on default.  Would be cool if some of the struggling Vita games can be helped in the future.

I saw there was a followup on that Japanese "PLEASE BUY VITA BEFORE IT IS DOOMED" Sony webstream event on March 9th that listed 4 big big name people to be revealing things on stage:

-Head of Phantasy Star series (guessing Portable 2 SPECIAL EDITION or Portable 3 since Portable 2 conveniently doesn't work on Vita)
-Head of SMT/Persona team (guessing just showing more P4P.  Don't expect new game announcement.  Maybe Persona Fighter port)
-Head of Super Robot Wars team (who knows, but teams are busy with other projects.  Probably a port/spinoff/remake)
-Head of Falcom (probably just showing off Zero no Kiseki Full Voice & YsIV remake.  They're already supporting Vita full force.  Can't really expect another game)

Worst case scenario:
-PSP2 port
-P4P footage
-SRW Port
-YsIV footage

Best case scenario:
-PSP3
-SMT4
-All new SRW
-Ys 8

Reality:
