Dude even XSEED said they would never use that localisation company again.  That is how bad it was.

wtf are you talking about. i doubt Ignition and XSEED were gonna usethe same service. Even then, XSeed most likely has their own internal house rather than some outsourced shit that Ignition used.

Looks so much better on the wii emulator "dolphin".  I'll buy it and play it on that.

Man i must be desperate for a console jrpg because that looks atrocious, combat included

I wouldn't call it atrocious. From a visual standpoint it fits the platform its on which is definitely jarring when compared to PS3/360 games. It basically looks like FFXII but not as good character models (I'd say its due to the art) but the environments look way more inspired in Xenoblade.

There are a lot of advantages with doing fan translation I think. Time for one.

it doesn't remind me off FF12 at all aside from large environments.
