I continued the generational tradition of showing how much we care through fine dining: took my dad to IHOP for breakfast. Also, I got him the ESPN 30 For 30 boxset. Had a nice time :bow

Spent the day with my Dad and their close friends at one of their son's high school graduation parties. The brewmaster from Deschutes is graduate's uncle, so we hung out drinking super special secret beers from his private collection. OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG

Spent the day with my two best friends, hanging out, watching TV, etc.  Went with them and one's mom, dad, and sister to eat and a movie, had a blast.  All in all, best day I've had in a very long time. 

Went home for a few hours inbetween around noon, told my dad happy fathers day, he just kind of looked at me and said he didn't even know it was today and went about walking around outside.  Whatever.

My dad was out of town, but we took my father in law to a local Japanese steak house. We had filet, oysters in butter, Spanish garlic shrimp, baja scallops, shrimp and vegetable tempura, and chicken wings. I washed it down with a Corona and a Tsing Tao.
Everyone had a blast.

I got a card from my kid that he actually picked out!

My step-dad was working all day yesterday, so I didn't get to talk to him.  I'll probably call him today.  My bio-dad was probably drunk, so I didn't bother with him.
