A friend keeps having this problem with Windows Live Messenger - the option to share/send photos/files isn't showing up (sometimes it does, sometimes the option in the drop-down menu is grayed out). We've gone through Firewall settings, made sure they are logged in as administrator, and now I am stumped. Anyone know how to fix this?
