Which website gives me the cheapest flights?

Haven't flown in a few years so I'm out of the loop. Which is the current hotness on flight websites and which gives me the cheapest deals? Have to book a flight. Thx in advance.

kayak.com gets all the sites together and sorts out prices.  pretty useful.  airfarewatchdog.com allows you to put in alerts for cheap prices between certain cities which is also awesome.
