I love it when people spoiler games but don't let us know what the game is beforehand! Ah well, I guess in this thread it wouldn't really matter.
I do hate game storylines that try to be serious and dramatic, always full of crap writing, poor pacing, and other nonsense that makes low-budget indie movies look like Oscar material (hurr, GTA4 is definitely up to the level of the Godfather! Bloody idiots, it's also annoying how no one ever follows-up and embarrasses these people in the future when the hype is gone, writing stupid shit like that you deserve to have it follow you forever). Just accept that the medium isn't mature enough to handle anything deep and focus on the damn game!
