John Stewart > Hal Jordan
Jaime Reyes >>> Ted Kord
Ryan Choi >>>>> Ray Palmer

Mixing things up leads to new approaches and better stories. Peter Parker's still around in 5 other monthly series and next summer's movie. Morales should get his 18 months in the suit.

It depends on how willing they are to climb the socioeconomic ladder. If the guy is middle class, I'd go with Miles Rodriguez or Miles Johnson.

If he's lower class, I'd go with Jerome Morales or Leshawn Morales.
