I think these people are animals, but that is in now related to their race but their socio economical state. It just so happens that a good amount of poor people around the world are black. I'm sure there are plenty of non-blacks doing the very thing that blacks are doing in these photos.

Still, I'm not going to be some stupid ass PC lib. Blacks CAN be animals and very quite often, more so than any other race. That isn't racism, that is a social observation, and no, I'm not just talking about poor blacks either.

The difference is training, the actual job depends on the country.
