Well not really but I figured you people of all people would know a thing or two.

Should have paid me that $5 grand demi.

Instead I used my free time to make this. It's not quite ready to be unleashed and I would also like to beef up its database. So I need some ban stories, preferably permas for previously well-known GAF members.

I already got Huelen, Icehouse, and Costanza (off the top of my head.) So tell me who was banned when and why.

That was the last project I did. You wouldn't believe the crazy algorithms you need to determine that it's actually a man. And gay. The man thing was tough but it took forever to detect the gay.

Actually the site itself is really pretty generic, could be used for taking and displaying any kind of textual data. Yay CouchDb.

This seems like an ill advised idea. There are multiple "Why were they banned" threads on gaf you could cull info from as well.

IE9 doesn't support the placeholder attribute.

So all versions of IE (haven't tested IE10) can go screw off. I am using HTML5shiv just to make sure it doesn't look like barf in IE, though.

It's CouchDB so it's really a set of JSON documents.
