Stupid iTunes question

I've been subscribing to the Joe Rogan podcast for a while but not downloaded all the odl episodes. How do I make iTunes download them all? The Podcast settings button seems to only automatically download new episodes.

Not really an answer, but I use Downcast on the iPhone, so I don't need iTunes.
