IMO, the perfect roster for the fighting game would be:

P4 MC
Kanji
Chie
Yukiko
Yosuke
P3 MC
Mitsuru
Akihiko
Yukari
Aigis

That way, everyone would have their own unique playstyle due to the weapons they use, and it would have a balanced 5/5 roster between both games. Other characters like Naoto and Junpei might be more popular, but there are already confirmed characters in the game using their weapons (Aigis and P4 MC respectively), so it would be redundant to include them.

That's what I would do, anyway. Maybe ASW doesn't give a shit.

yay now that RPG are turn-based linear affair again things got back to normal

they should have replaced the character art with the artist from persona 3 to make things look spiffier like catherine,so it would have gotten at least a 6

Review seems pretty accurate to me. Slow, boring battles and random encounters ruin any game. Thankfully Atlus smartened up for P3 and P4 - you can skip entire floors of the dungeon and run straight to the boss without any interruptions if you want. Not to mention the demon negotiations in P2 slow the pace down even more. Their CUHRAZY speeches are interesting for about 10 minutes, then it becomes a chore to get what you want from them.

there is a spell in the game which automaticaly offs any battle with demons that are at a lower level than you,watch as not a single review make mention of this

i think the whole reason they are doing this game is because of the anime series,didn't the 2D fist of the north star fighter happened soon after the announcement of some OVA?
