no, I thought it was a good game.
I'll elaborate.
The controls are cool, left hand controls your dude, you can make him jump or run left and right to avoid shit. Right hand is your aiming reticule, it uses a lock-on/release system just like child of eden. The game was super responsive and smooth. There were also sections where you need duck in and out of cover to avoid attacks and reload, much like Time Crisis.
The presentation was probably the best part. It takes all sorts of western cliches and puts a strange narrative in top. The narrator is like the multiplayer guy in Red Dead, except he's taking the piss. VA is everywhere, so you get a joke every few seconds. Game is similar to Comic Jumper in that regard. Theres also weird live action shit sprinkled everywhere.
TBH Chronovore, the sense of humor in this is probably right up your alley if you like stuff like Deathspank. I'd try the demo at least.
Game is a budget title also, with Fruit Ninja for free. Free DLC with pre-orders too I think. Bought
