one thing i didn't mention is that the game has only two core weapons. a rifle and a plasma gun. from there you are able to upgrade and purchase different shot types for each gun. so basically you can have up to 20 guns or so with all the variants on the 2 main weapons.

for example i purchased a somewhat grenade launcher for the plasma gun but the "grenade" emits electricity for a period of time. this is a basic area of effect weapon designed for crowd control. for the rifle you can buy a shotgun add-on, a rocket launcher, etc.

you upgrade these guns at stations that look like this:

and there's a ton of upgradeable. a whole suite for each gun then some for your dude as well.

also added some more pix to the op. some nice lighting in the game IMO

it doesn't feature 60 fps on my computer  :'(

demo was fun.  I don't understand the two gun thing yet.  both seem to have roughly the same functions.  rapid fire, closer range burst, grenade, etc.  one is electricity and the other is bullets.  played it twice only using one or the other and the result was the same.

Finally got around to the demo. They sure give you good reason to shoot everything in sight there's little secrets with more upgrade credits behind walls you can explode. Plus how they damage the enemies making it useful to target and trigger them at the right times. Getting the charge ability on the second default weapon comes in pretty handy in that last fight of the demo. Plus it makes more things blow up in fancy ways.
